When I teach on church planting, I often say Easter is the Superbowl for the church. (meaning its a big day) In the Philippines, I say its the equivalent to a Manny Pacquiao fight. I have learned over the years that in some contexts, Easter is huge and in other contexts, it’s not so.
If you are in the latter case, you need to receive this word:
If you resign to what history has dictated, you have basically given up. I would rather be over prepared than under prepared.
People who come to your church this weekend will be there because God drew them to your church.
Holy Spirit has gone before you and is preparing hearts to receive. Are you ready for those whom God is sending?
He is planning to use you and your team.
It’s a beautiful thing to behold – Almighty and perfect God using us – Imperfect people, for his glory.
So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
