ABOUT ME

My name is Jeff Hoglen, and above all, I follow Christ. I am blessed to be a husband to Tonya, a father, and a grandfather. With over 24 years of experience in ministry, I have had the privilege of serving as a church planter, pastor, and missions coordinator.

I began my pastoral journey in 2000, initially focusing on youth and children’s ministry. Later, I transitioned into church planting, contributing to the establishment of churches in the USA, Africa, and Asia. I am currently planting a church in the Philippines, which is part of the RockFish Church family. RockFish Church has 3 campuses within the USA.

In addition to pastoring, I have the honor of providing oversight to numerous churches in North Carolina and South Carolina through Open Arms International Ministries, an organization my wife and I founded in 2000. Since 2012, I have also served as apostolic oversight for DOVE International Philippines, overseeing over 31 churches.

Throughout my ministry, I have authored various seminars and books, including “Obeying the Call,”  “Mission Possible: A Practical Guide to Living a Life on Mission,” and “Basics of the Christian Faith.” I also wrote a book with my spiritual father – Ron Myer entitled Church Planting Made Practical

In 2015, I became a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team. I have coached ministry startups and fledgling entrepreneurs, offering one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help them achieve their goals.

My journey has been diverse and fulfilling, and I am passionate about sharing my experiences and knowledge to support and empower others in their ministry and entrepreneurial endeavors.
